In support of the Big Draw campaign, encouraging people of all ages to get drawing, Berol donated products to two deserving projects.
 

Children at Mellor Primary School, Leicester, decided to hold a "Big Draw - Big Birds" event at their local Cross Corners Community Arts Centre. The children were introduced to a variety of birds by a tutor and encouraged to draw pictures of their experience using imaginative colour. Amongst the products we donated were an assortment of Oil Pastels, which enabled the children to create bright and bold images.

The Big Draw Event at Blanche Nevile was very kindly supported by Berol who supplied us with the pens, pencils and felt tips we needed to make this years event ultra fantastic.

The Big Draw Events happen all over the UK during October each year. This year is the 10th Birthday. www.thebigdraw.org.

The events are part of the National Campaign for Drawing and aim to encourage everyone in the UK to have a go at drawing. Blanche Nevile theme for this year was Ð Blanche Nevile Building celebration the past, present and future of our school . With support of Berol visitors were able to try pen and ink mark making and montage, beautiful colour drawing of fantasy future school and team drawings of unique uniforms. The event was a great Success and was enjoyed by all.

We look forward to October 2010 and the next Big Draw at Blanche Nevile School.
